I have always been interested in art and I was introduced to pastels while studying at the Learning Connexion in 2010. I was very focussed on portraiture and oils at this point so it wasn't until the last 4-5 years that I really began to indulge myself with pastels and I just love them. I am still very passionate about portraiture but have been exploring other genre recently, including pet portraits and landscapes.
