PANZ is wanting to establish a list of International tutors that would be interested in coming down to teach around our Convention times April/May
Just a quick overview.
The Convention usually requires a minimum of 5 days.
PANZ will reimburse economy flights booked in advance to achieve the cheapest option to New Zealand ( will be refunded on arrival), and travel between the regions will be subsidised too - normally a combination of flights and car hire.
Accommodation for the workshops is usually home stay billeting for three nights. Any other accommodation while travelling in New Zealand would be your cost You could also approach Australia to see if there was an opportunity there and perhaps costs could be shared for the travel down. We can give you a contact there.
Workshop fees in New Zealand are usually in the region of $600 to $1200 NZ per day due to flight and travel subsidies.

- There would be 1 two day workshop at the convention and at least 4 others around the regions - depending on the interest and cost there may be up to 10 workshops (an ideal opportunity to travel our beautiful country. ) - Workshop demonstration paintings at Convention Workshops to be available for auction to participants - proceeds to PANZ .
- Other workshops around New Zealand proceeds belong to artist
- We would expect a demonstration usually two hours - the demonstration painting to be available for auction.
- Judging the Annual Exhibition with 2 others.
- Presentation of awards
- A floor walk around the exhibition.
- Paint around participation at end of Convention - paintings available for auction
